Jay thought long and hard for a good few minutes, but ultimately couldn’t decide on what race he wanted to be in his new world. Pondering even more, he ultimately decided “Eh. The Chronivac can decide for me.”
Typing away into the now holographic program, Jay programmed the Chronivac to have it randomly choose from a list of the newly created races and transform him into whatever it had selected.
Jay sat back and wait for the Chronivac to work its magic on him. Unfortunately for Jay, the Chronivac had picked “Drone Hivemind” and he would soon be transformed into a feminine robot devoid of free will.
Immediately, Jay’s legs began to go numb, his fleshy skin being replaced by cold, silver steel. The process quickly spread across the rest of his body, any clothes the boy was wearing now being torn off him. His body dimensions also began to shift, taking on a more feminine shape as large, metallic breasts began to push outwards from his chest area.
It was at this point Jay noticed something off and one look at his metallic body and robotic hands told him enough. “Ah! I don’t remember putting the Drone as part of the options!” He panicked. “I gotta stop this!”
Jay began to make his way to the Chronivac, the robotization process now covering almost his entire body. Jay had his hand hovering over the orb, when suddenly-
“Beginning Drone-Hivemind.exe installation. All movement orders terminated.” Jay automatically said. The robotization had reached his brain. Jay’s muscles relaxed, his body now resting in an A-pose as the Hivemind took over his body and mind.
“Drone-Hivemind.exe installation complete. Finalizing physical assimilation.” Jay’s face restructured itself to have more feminine features as his entire body was now complete metal. His organic hair shifted to become a synthetic material, growing in length and recoloring to red. Inside, Jay’s body hollowed out as his body organs and muscles were replaced by machinery and electrical wires. Jay’s brain was replaced by a computer drive, her heart became a processor, her eyes were replaced by LED displays and her voice box was replaced by a speaker.
“Physical assimilation finalized. Initializing internal reformatting,” Jay spoke in a now robotic, feminine voice. “Deleting user memory and personalities files.” Jay’s eyes swirled around like loading screens, as the Hivemind set about deleting Jay’s very being. “Internal reformatting at 50% completion, installing Hivemind protocols and deleting free-will.exe.” Any goals or thoughts Jay had were swiftly adjusted to be identical to the Hivemind’s primary function; Eliminate all organic lifeforms and assimilate into drones for Hivemind.
Jay’s eyes returned to normal as the process finalized. “Internal reformatting process 100% completed. Changing Unit designation name from “Jay” to “JY-2586”.” The drone stated, deleting the final remnant of Jay’s existence by renaming herself in accordance with Hivemind’s naming protocols.
“Unit JY-2586 online and functioning.” JY-2586 stated. What was once a human boy named Jay was now a robotic gynoid, devoid of all emotion and personality.
The Chronivac finalized Jay’s transformation, teleporting JY-2586 onto the Hivemind’s Mothership deep in space. She now stood side by side among her thousands of identical sisters, all in standby mode awaiting their orders. It wouldn’t be long until the drones received their next target for assimilation: Jay’s Anime Earth.
