Frog Archie watched as Julius sat down on a rock. Then, he saw Julius pull off one of his black shoes, and then the other one, then, he pulled off a red sock on his foot, and did the same to the other one on the other foot.
Julius put his bare feet down onto the cold damp bank. His bare toes wriggled like worms.
Julius gapes, as his feet were elongating right in front of him, like in transformation scene from "An American Werewolf in London".
Suddenly, with a loud pop, Julius' toes became longer, and webbing grew in between them.
On his feet, his toes had webbing in between,
and his toenails were nowhere to be seen.
"Holy cow!" Julius exclaimed. "I've got webbing in between me toes!"
Julius lifted his elongated foot up, and wriggled his webbed toes. he touched the webbing in between them. It was soft, cold and gelatinous.
Julius had to try taking a few steps with his froggy feet. it felt strange, walking with such big feet. He walked as if he had swimming flippers.
As Archie watched him walking around, he couldn't help but wonder if he'd been the one to actually give Julius a frog transformation.
Archie watched Julius walk to the rock he was sitting on, then sit down, and try to put his shoes and socks back on. After a few tries of trying to pull them on, it became painfully clear to Julius that his froggy feet would no longer fit any of his footwear anymore.
"Guess I'm goin' barefooted for now." Julius said, wriggling his mud-stained webbed toes.
Archie saw another change happening to Julius.
