After “Jess” is greeted by Mandy, Lizzie and Jane, the girls sit down on Mandy’s floor, “so,” Ashley says, “what should we do first?”
“I got a new game, which I’d like to try,” Mandy says.
“Oh, what kind of game,” the other girls ask.
Mandy gets up and walks to a shelve, she then grabs a box and when she turns around the other girls see that she is holding a box which has the words, “Ouija Board”, written on the front.
“Um,” Jess says, “a Ouija Board is not… um… a game. At least from what I have heard.”
Mandy looks at the little girl, “what have you heard?”
“Um… well,” Jess says, “apparently… you are able to open doorways where spirits and demons are able to enter through into our world.”
The older girls look at each other, then they burst into laughs, “really, Jess,” Lizzie asks, “you believe that BS?”
“Ghosts and Demons don’t exist,” Jane says.
“If it were true,” Ashley says, “then why would it be sold as a normal game? Shouldn’t it be forbidden?”
“Come on Jess,” Mandy says, “it’ll be fun!”
Jess looks between the older girls, knowing that she lost she lets out a sigh, “okay, fine,” she says, “but don’t say later that I haven’t warned you when suddenly weird stuff happens around this house!”
The older girls roll their eyes, “yeah, yeah. Whatever,” Mandy says.
“I swear,” Lizzie says, “little kids and their imaginations!”
Ashley looks at Jess, “if you are scared, you don’t have to play, you can simply watch,” she says.
“Yeah,” Jess says, eyeing the “game”, “I… I’d prefer not to want to touch that… game!”
The girls shrug, “fine,” they say.
Mandy sets the Ouija Board onto the carpet, then she, Lizzie, Jane and Ashley sit in a circle around it, while “Jess” sits down on Mandy’s bed, watching the trio with worry, ‘why do I get the feeling that something bad will happen,’ the little “girl” asks herself.
“Okay, so,” Mandy says, “the three of us touch the planchet, what ever happens no one is allowed to remove their hand. To end the session, we have to go to “good-bye” to close the “door” we opened.”
“Okay,” the other girls say.
So, Lizzie, Mandy and Ashley lie their fingers on the planchet and start asking questions. At first nothing seems to happen, but suddenly the planchet starts to move.
The girls look at each other, “are you moving the planchet,” Mandy asks Lizzie.
“No, I’m barely touching it,” the two then looks at Ashley, who shakes her head.
The girls watch the planchet move to “hello”, where it stops, “okay… seems like something is here,” Mandy says.
“Yeah,” Lizzie says, “the atmosphere kinda changed!”
Ashley nods, “it feels colder and I’m getting a creepy feeling!”
“You should stop,” Jess pipes up, “before it gets worse! I really have a bad feeling!”
But Mandy is known to a be not a quitter, “oh, come on guys,” she says, “what is your name,” she then asks.
Unaware to the girls, they actually have conjured a spirit into their world, who is able to do anything it wants.
