Long, long ago, there were 12 animals that lived in peace together. They helped humans and were set on making this world a better place. However, one day, a demon named Mao, who was envious of their leader, Shu, attacked the village they were in.
Shu had a perfect plan that would help them stop Mao once and for all, but it required great sacrifice. Thus, they trapped Mao in one of the many Soul Crystals, and suffered same fates. The Crystals were scattered around the world, still untouched, and waiting for 13 people to continue on their legacy.
In fact, there were a lot of candidates for each of the crystals, and many tried to find them, but those attempts were unsuccessful. Some of them didn't even believe the story at all! The crystals are also said to grant other powers too, but everything has to be found out, and we're going to do that, by picking 12 out of many people which will unknowingly stumble upon them...
