The semi-truck rocked and rolled down the street. From the outside it looked like a normal semi-truck with a normal size trailer and…that is what it was. There was nothing special about the truck or the trailer.
The thing that was special wasn’t the trailer or the truck but the items within the trailer. Inside was multiple pieces of artwork in storage cases. The artwork was all part of a series of pieces which showed mythical creatures ranging from the commonly known creatures like mermaids, fairies and dragons to more unique lesser-known creatures. The artwork was very well done and showed the creatures in very detailed way.
Unknown to anyone, every single piece of artwork in this truck was magical in nature. When the time was right or the right person or people were before it a portal would open and those people and those around them will be pulled away from the human world into a world of that mythical creature.
Those pieces of artwork where 1 in a million or less in the world. For so many of them to be gathered in one place was unlikely and worse was they were all going to the same owner.
The semi-truck backed up as the multiple pieces of artwork arrived at their new home. The owner was unaware of what they had just gotten and the danger to their humanity they and others were in. '
