Jennifer felt exhausted as the school work for a 5th grader was too much. She begun to fear that she had gotten dumber because of her past actions. Those same one that was still haunting her memories. Girl named Holly seemed to be her friend at this time as they've talked about normal stuff for their age. Still Jennifer couldn't relate to anything. At the same time she felt a small headache. It was fusing her 18-year-old mind more with her younger ones into a memory soup as she started to remember more about Holly. Jennifer knew who she was but at the same time had no idea what she liked at all. Something seriously was causing Jennifer to act normally but somehow she knew that in reality this was a farce, an act, a false friendship she had made because she needed a friend to talk with. Somehow the reality was altering Jennifer's perception of the reality as she talked with more and more people who she didn't knew. Talking with her mother was one thing but seeing a new face and then slowly remembering bit and pieces of them made Jennifer question her own reality.
Holly asked if Jennifer was feeling okay as her mature 18-year-old self was showing signs of anxiety as she was merely playing pretend with Holly. It was small crack in her act. Jennifer's head had turned red and her breathing had become more heavier. Jennifer could only apologize that maybe she was getting sick. As she said it she felt something off-putting happening with her own body. She had to go to the bathroom and run head first to the nearest stall to projectile vomit her insides. Jennifer stood up, more weakened than moment ago, watching in horror what had just happened. Maybe she only had a upset stomach or a flu or something. Jennifer was happy at her life situation but couldn't handle the thought of going the same route as her mother does. Nobody knew about this but at the same time she wanted to get rid of it. The stress had made her to seek shelter with someone as she wanted to revert her actions and live normal life at this point.
Holly came running but luckily Jennifer had flushed down the evidence and was sitting on the same toilet lying that her stomach was just not acting right. Holly asked if Jennifer needed a teacher to call her mother in which Jennifer shouted a loud 'NO' in which she apologized that it wasn't really necessary as the breakfast her mother served had too much fiber in it. Jennifer shaking on top of the toilet as she had to make-up more and more lies to people who cared about her. Her mind was cracking like an egg shell as the pressure started to get overwhelming to her. Even if she told someone about her dilemma they couldn't help as she would be sent further into the dark path she had opened for herself. She had learned her lesson but the curse seemed to have a firm grasp at her life. It seemed Jennifer was near her breaking point. So she asked from Holly if she could be in the bathroom alone for a while as she needed time to think. Holly agreed and said that once she's out she would listen to her wishes as she was her best friend.
On that quiet silence Jennifer had more time to think. Would she reveal her secret to someone or would it be just best to continue this charade all by herself. It seemed to her that everytime she talked or interacted with people she would receive new memories and her body would react more intensely to those new memories. She didn't know why but it was as if she was slowly fusing with her younger self which caused the body to slowly become just like her 18-year-old's body. She couldn't imagine what type of things that would do to her psyche if it ever reached to it's conclusion. Jennifer let out a exhausted sigh and forced a smile on her face. Before leaving the stall she got a bit curious. She had felt something odd happening with her stomach all this time and as she had her shirt covering it. So she had to check. Jennifer raised her shirt and saw something she didn't want to see happening with her own body.
