Laurence's eyes widened in excitement at the prospect of being a permanent toddler. However, as soon as the wizard finished speaking, a sudden realization hit him. He looked down at his boyish attire and felt a pang of discomfort.
"Wait, no!" Laurence exclaimed, his voice shaking. "I don't wanna be a boy! I wanna be a girl! A toddler girl!"
The wizard raised an eyebrow, taken aback by the sudden change of heart. "But... you just said you wanted to stay in diapers as a boy," he pointed out.
Laurence scrunched up his face, looking distressed. "I know, I know! But being a boy is yucky! I wanna wear dresses and have long hair! I wanna be a princess!"
The wizard chuckled. "Well, I suppose it's not too late to change your mind. But are you sure you want to go back to being a girl?"
Laurence nodded vigorously, tears welling up in his eyes. "Yes, please! I wanna be Laura again! A toddler girl Laura!"
The wizard smiled and waved his staff. A warm, golden light enveloped Laurence, and he felt himself being transformed once again. This time, he felt his body changing back into that of a toddler girl.
As the light faded, Laura looked down at herself and squealed with delight. She was wearing a cute pink dress and had long, curly brown hair. She clapped her hands and twirled around, feeling like herself again.
"Thank you, wizard!" Laura exclaimed, running over to hug the wizard's leg. "I'm so happy to be me again!"
The wizard laughed and patted Laura on the head. "You're welcome, little one. I'm glad I could help you find yourself again."
