“What would you think about becoming an eight-year-old, with me being your babysitter,” Alan asks.
Jeff raises an eyebrow, “why?”
Alan shrugs, “I’d just find it super interesting and fun babysitting my best friend,” he then grins, “also… you’d look sooooo adorable!”
Jeff blushes hard, “can’t… cant you think of something else,” he asks, “I… I don’t really want to be a little kid, and having you as my babysitter… it just feels to weird!”
“Aaaw… come on, Jeff,” Alan says, “it’ll be so much fun, and I’m sure you’ll enjoy it a lot. Pleeeeeease?”
Jeff sighs, he knows, when Alan has his mind set on something, it’s impossible to change his mind, “alright, fine,” Jeff says, “I guess I can survive one weekend as a 8-year-old with you as my babysitter”.
“YAY,” Alan says.
“BUT that would mean,” Jeff says, “YOU will have to watch over me AND Lucy!”
Alan grins, “oh, I think I am able to handle two cute little pipsqueaks!”
Jeff groans, “pipsqueak? Really,” he asks.
Alan chuckles, “well… do you prefer I call you “squirt”?”
“Neither,” Jeff bluntly states.
“Pfff… you are such a joykill,” Alan huffs.
Jeff rolls his eyes, “you’ll call me and my sister “squirt” and “pipsqueak” anyway,” he says.
Alan grins, “true,” he says, “cute kids need cute nicknames!”
Jeff snorts, “you really are on big tease,” he says.
Alan chuckles, “yup,” he simply says.
Jeff shakes his head, “alright, you talked me into it,” he says, turning to his laptop and begins to type.
Alan watches as Jeff changes his age from 16 to 8, then watches as Jeff sets the program so all his clothes, including the ones he is wearing, and his room will adjust to his new age.
Jeff turns to Alan, “all set,” he says, “however, I think it’ll be best if we alter the reality. I don’t want Lucy to know about the program”.
Alan shrugs, “do what you think is right, Jeff,” he says, smiling.
Jeff nods, turning back to his laptop, he then activates the reality alteration, setting the duration for 48 hours, the same time as his transformation, and edit’s it so only Alan and he know the truth, while everyone else, including Lucy, will think Jeff always has been an 8-year-old. The teen lets out a sigh, “well… goodbye teenhood, and hello childhood,” he says before confirming the transformation.
Jeff shivers when he feels the tingling run through his body, “I’ll never get used to that,” he mumbles before feeling himself begin to shrink.
Alan watches in fascination as his friend begins to shrink and become younger, it doesn’t take long, and in just a few minutes Jeff is no longer a 16-year-old, instead an 8-year-old boy is standing in his place.
“Maaaaan… I feel so small and weak,” Jeff whines, “and my voice is sooooo freaking squeaky!”
“Daaaaaw… but you look so adorable and cute,” Alan says, ruffling Jeff’s hair as the now 8-year-old’s clothes and room adjust to his new age.
“HEY! CUT IT OUT, ALAN,” Jeff shouts, batting his friend’s hand away, blushing a deep red.
Alan just grins, “hehe… sorry, couldn’t help myself,” he says.
Jeff scowls up at his friend, now babysitter for the weekend, the 8-year-old now wearing a blue t-shirt with the image of Spider-Man on the front, blue shorts and white socks which each have a small Spider-Man mask on each ankle.
Alan just grins wider, “hehe… scowling only makes you look so much cuter,” he says.
Jeff rolls his eyes, “man… I already regret agreeing to this,” he mumbles.
Alan smiles, “sorry, I don’t mean to tease, and I promise to try keeping the teasing to a minimum, okay?”
Jeff looks at his friend, the boy then turns to look at himself in his mirror, he then sighs, “well… I have to admit, I do look cute,” he says, “and okay, but please, try and keep the teasing to a minimum!”
Alan nods, smiling, “so, Jeff,” he then says, “what would you like to do now?”
