Lisa returned to her bedroom, put down her books, and looked at her mattress topper and kitten forms, peacefully sleeping. Wait, wasn't I an orange tabby before? She lay down atop her mattress self, petted her kitten self, and tried to relax. Her mind stubbornly insisted on thoughts of Ty. Maybe she should become an app again, though WITH the precautions. If she screwed that up again, her parents would insist on Ty taking way her transformation abilities. She couldn't bear to even think of losing those, being stuck in just her single, plain human form. She liked her human form, but thanks to Ty, she was no longer satisfied with it. She wanted more.
She merged herselves back together, into the mattress topper. Mmm, not a bad day, overall. Leaving two of herselves here while she went to school had been a good idea. She hadn't enjoyed school, but now that she was merged, her other experiences of the day, as mattress toppers and kittens, evened things out. She felt calm enough now that she didn't feel like becoming an app. Still, she thought, I better make sure I hear if anyone knocks on my door. She manifested her face and ears on one of her pillows, though she kept her eyes closed. She drifted off to sleep.
