Two hours pass, when suddenly Max’s eyes shoot open, glowing white, the Malinois-boy slowly sitting up in bed before stepping out of it, then walking to the door and opening it, slipping out into the corridor and starts heading towards the elevator, the door slowly and quietly falling shut behind him.
Flashback: as Ken and the boys are enjoying their evening meals, a few tables away, a young man in his mid-twenties is watching them.
‘That pup would make a fine pet,’ he thinks to himself, ‘but I think I’ll have some fun first,’ he then aims his phone at Max and soon Max’s file shows up in the guy’s Chronivac-app. The young man smirks, ‘hehe… tonight… I’ll have some fun,’ he thinks to himself.
Present: Max arrives at the elevator and pushes the button, when the elevator arrives, the naked anthro-boy pushes the button for the lobby. Once the elevator reaches the lobby and the doors slide open, Max steps out and walks towards the exit, stepping outside, turns and starts to head down the path and disappears around a corner.
When Max turns the corner he suddenly stops and remains still, suddenly the young anthro starts to slowly lower himself onto his hands as his fingers begin to shrink, his hands taking on the appearance of paws. His legs crack and pop as they become more feral his feet also turning into paws, soon a real Malinois, which resembles a full grown adult dog, is standing in the spot where Max had stood before suddenly sprinting away, disappearing into the darkness of the night.
Back at the hotel, chilling on his bed, is the young man who had scanned Max earlier, grinning down at his phone as he watches the now feral Malinois run through the night, heading towards the town center.
A message on the screen pops up, it reads:
Scents detected:
1. Food source
2. Pack of strays
3. Female dog in heat
The man, who’s name is Brian Thompson, a 24-year-old man with short black hair, fair skin, green eyes and an athletic figure, smirks, “which scent should we “investigate” first?”
