Ty peeked into the living room. Mark sat in his customary chair, the flickering and droning of the evening news wholly capturing his attention. Ty considered his options. He'd emasculated his foster-brother, he'd made his foster-mother accept and encourage it, and his foster-father was attracted to his own emasculated son.
Not that he cared for any of the three that much, but Ty decided that maybe making a man lust after his own son was a bit unfair. On the other hand, he knew very well that Mark was a pretty dyed-in-the-wool homophobe. He had clearly been embarrased by his own reactions.
Ty sat down on the couch, joining his foster-father in watching the TV.
"Dad, what's going on with my brother?" asked Ty, innocently, keeping his eyes on the TV. He was rewarded with an irritated snort from Mark.
"All I know is he better not turn out to be a damn sissy-boy!" said Mark, his teeth clenched, his voice filled with barely-restrained anger. "I'll kill him if he's a pansy."
Ty grinned internally. "Um, well, he did go upstairs with..."
"DON'T REMIND ME!" Mark shouted, his face red. He began climbing out of his chair.
Ty grinned internally and exerted his will. "Mark, stop, sit down, and remain quiet." Once his foster-father had returned to his chair, Ty clicked the TV off. "First, you are no longer attracted to Daphne. Second, you will remember only that Daphne is your daughter, and you love her very much. She is your little princess, and you will treat her appropriately. Third, I wish you were 4'9" tall, everybody else remembers it that way, except for you. Fourth, you will be about as strong as you were when you were 12, although you won't look any different, and everybody will remember that, too, except you. Finally, aside from knowing Daphne and June are women, and you and I are men, you will completely lose your ability to tell men from women, and you will find people attractive (or not) based solely on personality and behavior." That should fix him!
"Mark, go back to watching the news, and forget I came in here."
Smiling, Ty headed upstairs...
