The truck stopped, and Dan and his fellow animals were led out into a metal fenced maze in a large field. There were plenty of farmers already there, and plenty of animals, too.
Dan stood there, amazed by the scents of the animals around him, and pondering his fate. "Do they use cows for milk, or meat too?" He was very worried.
Then, a farmer came over to the fence and leant inside to him. "Hello there young lady!" The farmer patted Dan's stomach, feeling his fat. He smiled and walked over to the guy who seemed to be running this. Cash was exchanged.
Dan had been sold.. but what for?
