Tabitha set off to her friend Jeff's house. There she might find some relief from her burden, and maybe even some help, though in what way she wasn't sure.
However, unbeknownst to poor Tabby, she would soon find the crude spell of the genie at her disadvantage yet again.
Tabitha let herself into the house and made a quick entrance into her friend's room. Inside, Derek was sitting, absorbed by Jeff computer, and Jeff looks like he was about to head to the kitchen, if there weren't a certain catgirl blocking the path.
Jeff was startled by the intrusion, and after a moment, resolved to speak. "Hey, what are you doing in here!? How did you get in?"
"I came in through the front door as always," Tabitha replied, a little off-put.
"As always? We don't allow strangers in here... though, we don't often mind if the cute ones step in every so often."
Tabitha stepped back a bit. "S-stranger? It's me, Tabith- I mean, Tim. Don't you recognize me?"
"Timmy? You got to be kidding! How could the Timmo we know be a sweet little thing like you?" Derek appears to have broken away from the monitor to survey the exchange taking place.
Tabitha began to lose her nerve, especially since Jeff's outrage seemed more like passes at her. "Bu-but I can prove it. Here!" She procured her wallet and withdrew the ID within. On it held all her vitals, updated to match her new form (except her age, strangely. 'An oversight?' Tabitha thought.). The two items that stood out, however, were her signature and last name. They didn't change at all, making the signature the turning point in her case.
Jeff was taken slightly aback, looking more persuadable, but still firm. "You have to be kidding me! This is one of the best fake IDs I've ever seen! You must be an expert at forging this stuff."
Tabitha was stretched. She didn't know what to do now. She flipped through her wallet furiously in search of another piece of evidence when a small paper fell out. She picked it up and read over it. It looked like an official document, and on it read:
