Connor headed east, just as he'd been told to do. The bright lights of the neon downtown faded behind him as he headed out on the only road.
He walked down the increasingly barren street, the buildings getting further and further apart, until soon, he found that there was only the road with little else on either side. A few dim street lamps provided weak illumination for his journey in the growing darkness.
Connor shivered as a cool breeze blew through, carrying with it a hint of autumn, and intensifying the solitude he was feeling. He tried singing to himself to break the eerie silence, but the volume of his own words seemed to echo all around him. He tried humming, but even that only reminded him of his solitary journey.
He continued walking, for what seemed an interminably long time. "I have to focus on what I want," Connor thought to himself, "That's what Mr. Plot Device said." Connor stopped, closing his eyes and focusing, trying to visualize what he wanted.
He struggled, unable to perfectly visualize what he wanted. He pictured anime-styled women, ones with vibrantly colored hair and impossible in the real world figures. He pictured them all dressed in the typical hentai-fetish costumes- schoolgirl, naughty nurse, scientist and such. He pictured equally garishly furred werewolf women, wearing tatters of the costumes and clothing. He pictured them surrounding him, as though he were the main character in a harem style hentai cartoon.
He felt a heat surround him, and felt faint. He opened his eyes, and the night sky was swirling around him. He fell to his knees, his eyes rolling back in his head. His ears were ringing and he knew he was going to pass out...
"Hey! Hey!" came a voice, faint at first, but gradually getting louder. "Hey, wake up!"
Connor opened his eyes. The sun was shining down on him, though it was blocked out mostly by a girl with violently pink hair staring down at him.
"Are you okay?" She asked, staring down still, her overly large green eyes locked on him intently.
"Where am I?" Connor asked.
"Where are you? That's a silly question," she replied frantically. "You must have a concussion, because everyone knows we're-..."
