Suddenly, he's back. But the odd thing is, Dave has no idea where he is. Looking about, Dave realizes that he's in a pool that appears to be deserted except for a couple kissing in the hot tub. "What the hell is going on here?" Dave asks himself as he swims toward the edge of the pool. "I thought I was at the mall."
Boosting himself out of the pool, Dave gasps silently as he realized that he's wearing a girl's bathing suit. Slightly embarrassed, he looks around and sees a towel laying next to a deck chair. Assuming it's his, he wraps it around himself, not realizing that he just wrapped it around himself in the same way a girl would. Getting no complaints from the couple, Dave heads for the locker rooms.
"Wait," he thinks. "If I'm dressed like this, then I probably came in through the girl's side."
Thinking this correct, he's about to head for the locker room, when he happens to see a slip of paper lying on the ground. Figuring it fell off the towel he picks it up. As he does so, he sees that it's the locker combination number. Shaking his head, Dave enters the locker room.
Luckily there's nobody inside and Dave quickly the sheds the towel as he heads for the large mirror glued to the wall. Peering into it, he gasps again. Looking into the reflective surface, he sees that he now stands about five foot four, five inches shorter then his usual height. The good news is that he still looks to be sixteen years old. Disturbed by all this, he twitches his tail and takes in the swimsuit.
It's your typical girl's one piece swimsuit with a white front and a light purple back piece. Looking down, Dave gasps yet again at how flat he's down there.
Goose pimples form up and down his arm and with a shaking hand, he places it down between his legs and sighs in relief when he finds that his penis and testicles are tucked back, but still present. "I've got to get out of here," he thinks as he picks up the towel from where he dropped it and heads to the shower.
Tail twitching, he removes the bathing suit and gazes at his penis and testicles. Not only are they much smaller, but he has also lost all his pubic hair. Dave lifts up his arms and then looks at his legs and shakes his head as he realizes that he has absolutely no hair on his body, except on his head, which he confirms as he runs his hand through his shoulder length brown locks.
Washing himself in the shower, he thinks absently, "Almost as if I'm still sixteen, but my body as shrunk and regressed itself back before puberty."
Having no answer to any of this, Dave finishes his shower, wraps the towel around his torso in the same fashion as before and stepping out, tries to remember where his locker is and what the combination to it is.
He stands there like that before remembering the swimsuit and the slip of paper. Grabbing the bathing suit, he looks around for the paper and spies it laying on the floor in front of the mirror. Tail twitching in agitation at his carelessness, Dave collects the scrap of paper, reads the information printed and begins to hunt for his locker.
Eventually he finds it and opening it, he takes out the clothes and sighs at what he finds; a pair of pink panties, denim skirt and white tights with a white a long sleeve hooded white shirt with Angelina Ballerina printed on the front. In the back is a reversible white coat with a purple lining. Hoping that he's not taking someone else's clothes, Dave proceeds to dress himself, embarrassment showing on his face. "At least there's a hole for my tail," he thinks as he slides the pink panties on and stops.
It suddenly dawns on him that he has a tail. Shrugging, figuring that it can't be helped and he'll figure it out when he gets home as he pulls the rest of the clothes on.
That last thing he pulls from the locker is a pair of snow boots that would probably fit a very young girl. Scared that they wont fit, he's surprised when they pull on rather easily. Donning the coat, he stuffs the swimsuit and towel into a ziploc bag and heads out.
Outside, he finds another surprise as snow lazily falls from the sky, already three inches on the ground. "How long has passed," Dave asks himself as he makes the trek home.
Home, he lets himself into the apartment, and seeing his mother's not home, Dave kicks off his boots and makes his way to his room. Another surprise when he opens the door. The walls are now pastel pink and have a trim of hearts and roses along the ceiling. The bed is made with a purple Hello Kitty comforter set on it and peeking under, Dave finds matching sheets. Letting the comforter drop, he looks around.
What was once his room is now a little girl's room dominated by Disney Princess, Hello Kitty, Angelina Ballerina and My Little Pony. A toy box sits along one wall and opening it, Dave finds several dolls and other toys inside. Absently he selects a Angelina Ballerina plus and cuddling it in a motherly fashion, he stands and walks to his dresser.
Dave opens the now white dresser and finds nothing but girls clothes inside. Scared, he turns heads out of the room, barely noticing the amulet hanging amongst the costume jewelry. "Got to find a calender and find out how much time has passed," Dave thinks as he heads for the kitchen, still cradling the plush mouse.
