Jennifer decided to not get an eyepatch immediately. Instead, research at the library was probably a little better. Especially if there was some stuff about urban legends and the town curse in there. Jennifer hadn't really gone to the library too much since she was young and in summer camp so she quickly walked to the city map displayed on the now vacant bus stop. (She had the feeling that with a bear driving the bus that no one would be driving it now)
"...oh great," Jennifer sighed, "A long walk..."
She caved and then started to walk to the library.

An hour and a half later....
"...I notice that Jennifer isn't coming over," Kyle said to himself, looking around. He then wondered if she were hiding in her room back home.
Kyle then quickly started to dial Jennifer's number and waited for the dial tone.
"...No one's home?!" He asked out loud, then he tried dialing her cell phone.

"No cell phones in the library please," A librarian said the second she heard a Jonas Brothers song.
"SORRY!" Jennifer apologized, being cut off by a loud "SSSSSSSSSHHHHHH!" from everyone else. Jennifer quickly silenced her cell phone and then started to look around for Anita.

Finally, Jennifer found Anita in her corner of the library, restocking books. (Either she was nice or she worked there)
Anita looked to be slightly older than Jennifer was, brown hair, pretty short, and rather 'average' build. (average included every measurement) She wore a green tee shirt and a denim skirt that went down to her knees. Jennifer then noticed that Anita actually kept her face rather clean for a bookworm.
"...errr...anita?" Jennifer whispered.
She jumped a little and then looked over at Jennifer. Instantly her hands clasped to her mouth, stifling laughter at the flamboyant glasses. To Anita, it looked like Elton John had a daughter! And it was her alright!
"...Did you come here to show me your glasses?!" Anita snorted.
"No no no I need your help," She said.
Anita seemed to find this funny. Jen then frowned.
"...This is serious," Jennifer said, facepalming.
"What, you having an eye problem?" Anita chided gently. (These two didn't have the best history recently)
"Listen ye-" she said as her glasses fell off. Her eyes quickly snapped shut and she started to grab them.
Did Anita see Jen's eyes? or did her facepalm block her and keep her safe?
