Ben tried to sit in his desk chair, but his posture and size was not adapted to his new gorilla form. He ignored the discomfort, but his chair buckled and collapsed beneath his much more substantial weight.
He picked himself off the floor, righting himself by knuckle-walking across the floor using all four powerful limbs for locomotion.
Between trashing his computer's mouse and demolishing the chair, he was wrecking his office.
"I've got to get back to normal!" Ben tried to speak, but he produced only a series of Ooks and grunts.
As a great ape, he could not exactly go to a computer supply store.
But he knew the family next door had computers. Maybe he could filch a mouse from one of their PCs, and use the mouse to operate his computer long enough to get back to normal.
Pushing his bulky body through a series of doors in his home, he reached the back door. He needed to cross his yard and then scale the fence into the neighbor's yard. A low branch on a tree overhanging the fence made that task almost effortless.
He was doing well when the branch snapped, and gorilla Ben crashed to the lawn. Luckily, he had a nicely padded ass, so he didn't hurt much other than his pride.
He had more good luck when he realized that no one was home in the neighbor's house. He considered his possible means of gaining entry.
