You pulling your sock off with some difficulty and find everything from your ankle down to the tips of your toes is covered in pink latex!
The latex is same pink color as the latex puddle you encountered earlier. It must have soaked in through your shoe when you accidently stepped in it. You try to pull at the latex itself, but it wont budge and you can't get between the latex and your skin.
You should probably head to the hospital and get your foot checked, but it's really late and you're feeling really tired from the time, the walk, and the adreneline wearing off after being frightened by the mysterious antromorphic latex creatures from earlier.
You make your way to your bedroom. As you flop down on your bed, you get the distinct impression that the latex has moved farther up your leg than it was when you removed your sock. But you are too tired to investigate further and quickly fall asleep.
