You hear the door open and in walks the wizard.
"Ah I see someone has been into my potions".
Before you can react he does a complicated gesture and you feel a collar form on your neck.
"Now what should your name be? I know Celeste"
As he says it you feel yourself forgetting your old name and it being replaced with Celeste.
"Now your my servent, serve me well and I will turn you back into your old form. don't and I will release you like you are now."
