The blinding light draws down slowly, fading to a view of a park. It's warm outside, and Andrew can feel a soft breeze blowing across him. The breeze feels like it's going across soft fur on his body. He also feels much smaller, both in terms of weight and size, no longer feeling like he is crawling on all fours but rather standing on all fours. He looks down his foxy snout at his black nose and lifts a front paw, turning it, seeing his lack of thumbs and soft black pads, brushing it along his nose, feeling it across his nose even! The incoming senses are almost too much for him, with his superior hearing and delicate paws, feeling the damp earth beneath him, his paw pads feeling very odd, like someone had pieces of soft rubbery foam on his hands. He trots experimentally and tries walking about, even feeling his long bushy tail swaying behind him. Stopping for a moment he takes in his surroundings, appearing to be in a park of some sort with city buildings in the background. Andrew remembers he's in the chamber for a moment, hoping no one sees him on all fours in the simulator, but that thought quickly vanishes as he's impressed by the graphic capabilities of this machine. Looking down his snout at his cute little black nose Andrew remarks, "Wow, this is pretty damn cool," which comes out as a series of barks and yips. Andrew panics a bit upon hearing that, his own voice completely gone, replaced by the yippings of a red fox. What is going on here.. ack.. this is too much.. the thinks to himself. Andrews sits on his haunches and reaches up with his little black paws to his head, trying to remove his VR helmet.. which no longer is there, then thinking.. maybe it's like on that show star trek where I have to say the correct voice command to end it, trying to say, "Game.. End" which comes out as a disappointed series of barks, followed by a whine, feeling very disorientated. Hopefully this ends in a half hour like it said, he says out loud absentmindedly, barking again, frowning as it reminds him of his dilemma.
This can't be real.. he thinks to himself.
