A wizard has just finished his latest magical project, a twenty sided die that can transform any living person that rolls it. Each number has a specific transformation associated with it and when the die lands on that number the transformation takes place. It had taken him many years to carve the die and imbue it with the magical spells needed for it to accomplish the transformations he wanted.
The types of transformations the wizard imbued the die with when it is rolled are:
1) Change sex to male.
2) Change sex to female.
3) Transform into an anthropomorphic cat.
4) Transform into an anthropomorphic dog.
5) Regress/Age to five years old.
6) Transform into an anthropomorphic snake.
7) Transform into an anthropomorphic mouse.
8) Transform into a centaur.
9) Regress/Age to nine years old.
10) Transform into an anthropomorphic bull.
11) Transform into a mermaid.
12) Transform into a merman.
13) Regress/Age to thirteen years old.
14) Regress/Age to fourteen years old.
15) Transform into an anthropomorphic bird.
16) Transform into an anthropomorphic cow.
17) Regress/Age to seventeen years old.
18) Transform into a human.
19) Alter reality to make transformations normal.
20) Reverse transformations up to the last reality change.
The above list is what type of transformation will happen when the die lands on that number. For example if the die lands on five then the person rolling the die will either regress or age to five years old. If it lands on 11 then the person becomes a mermaid. Of course if the person is already what the die lands on then no changes occur.
The anthropomorphic animal transformations are random breed/type. If someone is a five year old female anthropomorphic mouse when they roll 19 then reality will be altered so that they were always that way. This includes overwriting memories for everyone except the one who rolled the die and the wizard. For the one who rolled the die they will gain new memories that take priority over their old memories. They still know who they were but it's almost like a dream to them. Reality changes can not be undone. The people have to intentionally roll the die for the transformations to happen and the transformations only apply to the person rolling the die with the exception of reality altering.
Clothes do not change except when reality alters.
The wizard added two more spells to the die to allow him to watch the transformations and to recall the die any time he wishes. Now he's sending the die out to someone with a note explaining what the die does.
Who gets it?
AN: This story should be more fun and interesting if you actually roll a twenty sided die when the character does. If you don't have a twenty sided die I'm sure you can go buy one or if you have an iPhone there is a free app called dynamicDICE in the app store that you could use.
