Jake finally let go, still grinning from ear to ear. "Okay, I'm going to go back to practicing. You guys... go back to sleeping or whatever it was you were doing." With that, Jake dived down into the depths of the pool.
"Well, you heard the little guy." Kyle looked at Kevin expectantly. "We can relax again while Jake finishes his... swimming practice stuff."
Kevin playfully replied. "Yeah we can relax... so long as you choose not to drag us into another false alarm." Kyle faked a shocked and hurt expression before splashing water into Kevin's face. Kevin responded by doing the same to Kyle. Their body was quickly lost under the water as the two play wrestled.
With no one becoming the victor, and both becoming exhausted, Kyle exclaimed through larged breathes of air."Okay, time out." He tried to make time out signal with his hands, until he realized he only could make the top part of the 'T'.
Kevin, getting them message, made his hand into the bottom part of the 'T'. He two was breathing hard, "I agree... truece." After a few more breathes, they started to laugh. "I think that is enough wrestling for now. What do you say we float like before." Kyle nodded and grabbed the mattress, which was floating beside him. With some effort, but not as much as the first time, they got back on the float.
As the joined pair laid their on the pool, Jake finished his swim practice, and quietly swam past them. He stopped right at their heads though with a devious grin. He carefully slipped their necklaces off and then hopped out of the pool. He wrapped his towel around his waist and walked back into the houser, making sure to keep quiet so his brother and joined friend could rest.
Jake's plan was to make a scavenger hunt for Kyle and Kevin. Something fun for them to do to find the necklaces he had taken, but a knock on the door stopped his plan.
