Josh and Dan were really enjoying their time 'together.' After the sitcom they were watching ended, they relaxed on Josh's bed reading some of his more provocative magazines. The fact that they shared the same dick didn't really bother them anymore. In fact, they took turns playing with themself.
Around 11:00, Dan's wrist watch began to beep. Since he didn't have his right hand anymore, he couldn't turn off the alarm himself, and Josh struggled to find the correct button. "No Josh, not that one... the other one. Yes that's it. No, now your thumb hit a different button."
"Well it would be easier if you would just hold still. Stop trying to point to it." Josh retorted.
Finally the alarm shut off on its own. "Okay, that alarm was supposed to warn me to get ready for work. So, how do we get unstuck together."
"Well for one, we can't become unstuck, not until someone else wears the chains. And second, why would we want to be unstuck?" Josh gave him a confused look.
"Work?" Dan looked at him like he was crazy, but Josh just stared back at him expectantly. Then it dawned on him. "Oh, right. I didn't even think about that until now. Guess it pays to work at a costume shop when we have magic chains that fuse us together."
"Yeah, our 'costume' is defiantly going to be the best one there." Josh made a another quick look at their body. They were still wearing Dan's zipped up dark brown hoodie, but it had emblem of Josh's T-shirt on the center of their chest and back. They were both wearing jeans, but Josh's were a darker shade of blue, almost black. The two sides seemed together perfectly at the zipper. They were also wearing to mismatched pair of socks and shoes. "And the way we are dressed, no one is going to believe that this is actually real."
With that, they grabbed Josh's keys by his dresser as they left his room and then the house. A neighbor, from across the street, stared wide eyed at them. Josh just waved, "Good morning Mr Parker". Mr Parker just shook his head and walked back inside his house, completely forgetting his mail that fell out of his hand. Dan and Josh just shrugged to each other and slipped inside the car.
Driving wasn't actually so hard. Since Josh was on the right side of their mutual body, Dan let him control the breaks and gas. He just assisted in turning the wheel. When they made it to the T intersection, Dan said, "Hold up. I completely forgot my name tag at home. Can we stop by my place really fast."
"Yeah, no problem. I wouldn't want old man Finkens yelling at you again." Josh replied as he turned right.
"I think you mean us. He kind of can't yell at me now without yelling at you too." Dan pointed out.
It only took them an extra few minutes to drop by Dan's house and pick up his name tag. The detour didn't even make them late, but they did leave something important behind. As they pulled into the costume shop parking lot, neither realized that Jake's half was no longer with them. They had put both chains in the pocket of their hoodie for safe keeping, without realizing that the pocket had a small hole. Josh's chain fell out infront of Dan's house, and was about to be picked up by a young highschool student, by the name of Alex, who was ditching the rest of his classes.
