They entered the lot where Zack had parked his car. After taking just a few steps into it, Dawn stopped abruptly and bent down to tug at her shoe. A short brown tail popped out of the top of her jeans.
"Ow, my feet..." Dawn stooped over to rub her right foot. Her hands fell upon a split-open sock and a growing cloven hoof. "Wh...what?!" Dawn nearly fell over as she moved to sit down on the pavement. She stared at her new hooves, which were almost finished forming. Zack plopped down next to her with a smile plastered on his face.
Dawn shot him an accusatory look. "You couldn't wait until we got to your place, could you?"
"Sorry...I guess it's the satyr in me," Zack said. "You're not mad...are you?"
"I should be, but..." Dawn felt her new horns and her curly brown hair. "Damn, this is cool. I feel great!"
"So why don't we kick around here for a little while? I'll set this so everyone thinks you're normal..."
Dawn grabbed the remote out of Zack's hands. "Who wants to be normal? You want to go out in public transformed, right?"
"Yeah," Zack said, feeling sheepish all of a sudden. "It's really exciting."
"So...," Dawn said, looking over the remote's various buttons. A grin crept up on her face and she leaned onto Zack, almost whispering...
