"... a turkey" she replied. "Oh well, then see you for Christmas!", Mr Jones was tempted to say. But of course he knew it was inappropriate, so all he said was: "Oh, I guess that's going to be an interesting experience." Becky was less convinced and left in a hurry, tears in her eyes.
Two days later Becky arrived at the transformation center. She was made to undress and had to stand in the nude while she was administered the transformation drug by a nurse. She immedately felt how she started to shrink and how feathers sprouted all over the body. Only a minute later a young turkey stood in her place. She was immediately ushered into a small crate and put onto a truck with a lot of other new turkeys.
Two hours later the truck pulled into a farm yard. Becky's last hopes that it might be a breeding farm vanished when she saw the farm sign. It sported a roast brown turkey with two little white crowns on its rear legs. Then the truck stopped and two farms aids started to unload the crates. The turkey were ushered into a large sty which rappidly filled with turkeys. Becky also noticed a lot of red plastic cups with food and water.
