“Okay,” Rosa says, “let’s become fairies!”
You cheer out loud, but quickly catch yourself out of concern over disturbing adjoining camp spaces; and this is the last thing you want anyone to try to stick their noses into.
After Rosa puts her hiking clothes on, she, you and Daffodil slip out of the tent and follow Daffodil into the woods. Soon, you come across the same clearing where you first saw the fairies. This time, however, there were no signs of life.
“I don’t see anything, Laverne.” Rosa observed.
“Looks like your girlfriend got that protection spell up.” You said.
“She may be ditzy at times, but Lilac has exceptional talent.” Daffodil replied. “Wait here.” Daffodil vanished as she entered the clearing.
“Wait a minute…” Rosa asked as she tried to follow Daffodil, but only stepped into the bare clearing. “Did you say she had a girlfriend?” She asked as she turned back to you.
“Yeah.” You respond. “Come to think of it, I didn’t see any male fairies when I was here last time.”
“Could all fairies be girls?”
“Maybe.” You answer. Rosa turns to face the clearing; the look on her face suggests she’s preoccupied with something. You consider the situation yourself.
Soon, Princess Chrysanthemum and Daffodil, who's back in her fairy form, emerge, take your hands and draw you into the clearing, past the protection spell. “Daffodil has presented your request to me.” Chrysanthemum said.
