A yellow and black scorpion is sitting on the log next to you, clearly having just stung you. You jump to your feet and the scorpion scurries off. Your left hand hurts where you were stung, but you're not bleeding. You have no medicine with you. Better get out of here. You're in a park so as long as you don't want in circles any direction should eventually lead you out, right?
Heading off into the woods, you try to make your way in a mostly straight line, but 15 minutes later you come across a familiar looking log. You realize that despite your best efforts you have walked in a circle!
You are beginning to feel lightheaded, which you presume is from the sting. Better sit down and rest before trying again. You carefully check the log for any biting or stinging animals and find none. You sit down but the lightheadedness persists. You begin to feel warm all over. Glancing around you find yourself still very much alone. You wish you had water. As the dizziness and warmth continue, you deciede you need to do two things: take off your clothes and lie down.
