After a few minutes, Gabe climbed out of the stream, slowly returning to his Magos body.
"How do you feel?" Punk Shock asked.
"Like a chapter of a book that was butchered to avoid being linked to any non-original materials." Gabe said.
"That's... really specific." Punk Shock said.
"Yeah, well it's how I feel okay?" Gabe said.
"Whoa, no need to get angry pal. Now, I believe you want some information." Punk Shock said, handing Gabe a little red present.
"Yes!" Gabe said, ripping the paper off the present. Inside, nestled in a bunch of hay, was a floppy disk.
"What is it?" Gabe asked.
"Old school tech. This has all your info on it. Of course, you have to find something aboard this heavenly, high tech ship that will use late 90's tech." Punk Shock said.
"Why would you give it to me like this?" Gabe asked.
"Because you didn't catch all the gems." Punk Shock said, pointing into the stream. Drifting alone was a large, red gem.
"I could have sworn." Gabe muttered, staring at the gem.
"Yeah, you didn't end up the luckiest guy around. However, you do have all the info you need in your hands. Just find a way to unlock it, and you're golden." Punk Shock said, fading away. Moments later, the rest of the world faded with her.

"Holy cow!" Gabe said, shooting out of his chair. He was back in his hotel room with a very confused data savant staring at him.
"So boss, I take it things went well?" The savant asked.
"Sort of." Gabe said. He pulled the floppy disk out of his back pocket, handing it to the savant.
"Where'd this come from?" He asked.
"Don't ask. It's a long story, and you wouldn't believe half of it." Gabe said.
"Fair enough. Now, what do we do with this... thing?" The savant asked.
"I wish I knew." Gabe shrugged.
