After wandering the mall for a while, Zoe finally found the little shop Casey mentioned "Heh, I thought she was actually joking about this place". The door creaked as she opened it, with a little tinkle from a bell hanging just above it. The smell of incense filled the air and the shelves and stands were stacked with old books, trinkets and idols. A small jar with a tiny tree growing inside caught her attention. "Pretty isn't it, Zoe" a quiet voice came from behind her, making her spin round in shock and accidentally knocking a stand over. The little old man effortlessly caught the stand placing it back the way it was. "Who.... How?... Who... Are you?" She said trying to understand what just happened.
The little old man was dressed in an old robe which made him look like he was gliding along the floor as he walked to the counter. Placing a long, thin smoking pipe in his mouth he leant over and said "I am the shop keeper, and I know a great many things, for example your name and why you have come here. And unfortunately I cannot help you much with that" he pointed his pipe to the case containing the guitar. Zoe looked down at the case then back up to the counter, the old man had vanished only to find him climbing down a ladder from a bookshelf behind her, clutching a large, worn book. As he dropped it on the counter, a cloud of dust flew out from underneath, flicking through the pages he found what he was looking for "Aha, he we go" turning the book so Zoe could read "This is not from any of my inventory. What you have in that case is Baphinox, or Lucifer's guitar... Let's see, made from the bones of demon skeleton, the strings are imp sinew..." That thought made Zoe wretch a bit, having touched something like that " ...... And as you can see from the illustrations it changes it's form, here it is depicted as a lute from the medieval times, and here...... Oh no.... Oh no, my dear you must get rid of that instrument immediately" feeling a little frightened, Zoe clutched onto the case with both arms "Why? What is wrong with it?" The old man continued reading, muttering under his breath "not only is it damned, but it corrupts this who plays it... You haven't played it have you?" Zoe was not sure if the old man was calling her bluff or if he genuinely did not know about when she had played it. "Uuuhmm, no. No I haven't. I..... I.... I have to go" Zoe ran out of the door, leaving the old man shaking his head.
