Katie nodded and looked to the girls. "All right. I promise now I will honor whatever you girls want. If you want to stay kids the weekend, raise your hands"
Claudia, Samantha, Mika, Tricia and Mary Elise all raised their hands and Katie felt a sudden surge of optimism.
"Ok, now, who wants to stay ten!"
Katie raised her own hand, but only Mary Elise raised hers. The rest looked to them with a stern and cold expression. Katie knew then there was no changing their minds so long as they were aware of their old reality. Like it or not, these were grown women in girls bodies, and she had promised to respect that.
"Alright. I can understand that. I will wish for you four to change back at the end of the weekend so you can go back to your lives."
Mary Elise nodded. "What about me?"
Katie smiled, "You can stay a kid with me...we can grow up together, have fun with the ring. We did before, remember?"
Mary nodded, "I think so, now that you mention it." A devious grin crept over her face.
Tricia looked at Mary, "You know you'll be alone Mary Elise. You wont have a tie to us anymore. Being a kid isn't all its cracked up to be."
Mary Elise stared at her. "I wont be alone, I will have Katie and my memories of our time. This is what I want."
The others shook their heads, "You really are just a kid." Samantha muttered.
Mary looked hurt, and Katie noticed it. The other girls had been such fun till now, but since their revaluation, they had quickly changed just like her mother had been when she made her Katie's twin sister.
"I think its time for my wish..."
