Slowly, bit by bit, the feeling subsided into Katie. The palpable impact of it, along with the wizard's words left a deep emotion in her though. She loved changing ages, trying new things. She wanted to experience things, like what she had with the boy at the party. Now though, she knew to be careful, to never lose sight of the curious little girl she had been and still technically was.
"Thank you, Mister Merlin." She said earnestly. "Ill keep that lesson and this experience close to heart. I'll go get my friends and bring them back."
The man nodded and watched her go, smiling softly to himself. "There goes the wisest little girl I have ever seen in my many centuries."
