"No mom," the 14 year old whined. "I found this ring and I want to keep it it's not fair you trying to take it from me."
Kellie gave her daughter a stern look. "Katherine O'toole," she said sternly. "We've had our fun. Now it's time to put things back the way their supposed to be."
Kellie reached out to grab Katie who recoiled slightly from her mothers reach. As Kellie touched the ring the two girls felt a jolt. "Ow," Kellie yelled. "What was that."
"I don't know mom," Katie exclaimed. "But something feels different." Katie was now on her increasingly tighter clothes. "Mom I think I'm getting older again."
Kellie looked at her daughter. Katie didn't look 14 anymore. If she had to guess she would say her daughter was now closer to 15. Kellie broke into a cold sweat. "If Katie's getting older that means..." Kellie ran towards the bathroom and stared at the mirror. She now watched her face closely for changes. Quickly her fears were confirmed, as she saw her face become softer and less mature. "Oh no," the 20 year old exclaimed. "It's happening again."
Kellie watched now as she left her twenties behind becoming 19. The curves of her twenties had melted away leaving a lean but attractive teenage beauty. The changes continued as Kellie became a high school senior of 18. "Please stop, please stop, please stop," she whispered. As quickly as the changes started steely ceased. Kellie looked herself over and sighed in relief. For now she appeared to have stopped getting younger. "My god I'm so young," she thought. "I look like a high school kid...I wonder if Katie's okay?"
Kellie padded into the hallway to see a 17 year old girl in very tight pajamas. The blonde haired girl was looking herself over in awe taking in how mature she now looked. "Katie," she exclaimed before clearing her throat, she couldn't believe how young she sounded. Katie looked up at her mom and smiled. "Wow I really grew up," Katie exclaimed. "Look at us we almost look like twins."
Kellie looked at her 17 year old daughter slack jawed. While Katie's hair was lighter than her own their appearance was uncanny. Shaking her head Kellie got her bearings back. "That's not the point young lady," Kellie exclaimed. "This is serious I'm your mother and we need to fix this. How am I supposed to take care of you looking like this."
Katie looked at the floor, while the little girl I her wanted to obey her mother she realized that as long as she had the ring she would be the one in charge. "Okay mom," she said. "I willing to listen but remember I'm the one with the ring if you make me mad I might have to use it again."
Kellie paused and glared at her daughter before clutching her body. She had no desire to become any younger than this but still needed to try and maintain control. "Okay Katie," she sighed. "What do you have in mind."
