Jennifer looked at the man with a scared expression. She shook her head knowing that whatever she said was going to be corrupted by this man.
"Don't be so gloomy! It's a party." Loki said with a smirk. With a broad gesture he said, "Since you don't want to talk and since I missed the beginning of the reception, why don't we get the happy couple out here for another special dance?" Loki looked around expectantly at the wedding party but nobody did anything. Then, he gestured again and they broke out into excited applause.
"That's more like it! Come over her darling."
Jennifer walked a little shakily to the dance floor. Loki pulled a chair out of thin air and walked Jennifer to it and sat her down.
Instantly, Loki was behind the DJ booth and the sound system began to crank out some music with a heavy bass beat.
"John, why don't you come over here and dance with your wife?" Loki said, his voice amplified over the music. When John didn't move, Loki shouted out, "Here's Johnny!"
Instantly, John felt his body move against his will. He hopped over the table and began to step forcefully to the beat of the music. He made his way over to where Kim was sitting and stopped in front of her in time with the beat.
