It is man's goal to achieve a long fulfilling life. One can't live properly if they are ridden with disease and squalor. As such, Sam's first wish is that all diseases are removed from him and he gains the immunity to all manners of diseases and injuries. He's practically immortal except for the death that comes with aging.
Sam considered making himself immortal but the years of watching such a dilemma on television do not guarantee a good end. Immortals are usually exiled somewhere for eternity, with only their thoughts as their solace. This fear prevented Sam from making himself immortal. It did not stop him from wishing that he lives beyond the age of 100.
With all that life insurance wishes done, Sam wished that he was in his room with a large mirror ready in front of him.

Despite being blessed in the mind, he was accursed in the body. He's thin, pale and strength never touched him a single time. With power in his hands, he strives to change them for the better.
He wished for a stronger and leaner body. In a few seconds, his skin tightened and his muscles expanded. His arms grew more defined, with a distinct valley where his biceps would be. His stomach hardened like rock, he pats them with a meaty thump. His chest broadened and the muscles underneath his pits grew meatier. When he stretched them, they flex and becomes harder. His legs became bolder, a bit thicker with a broader stroke of hair. These changes gave Sam about an inch of height and a whole lot of pounds.
He was strength personified. Yet despite the changes, he looked awkward in the mirror. His body was proportionate but his head was the centerpiece of the freakshow. His head was too small and nerd looking for a swimmer-like body.
With another wish for handsome features, another wave of changes washed over him.
Sam's hair blossomed with fragrance and silky smooth texture. It became more vivid and voluminous. It waved above his forehead and swept behind the ears.
Sam's eyes were a dull shade of brown. With one blink, they became twinkling orbs of amber.
His once crooked teeth skewed back painlessly to their rightful places. It also became whiter and tasted like green apple toothpaste.
As for the structure of his face, his chin grew more defined and bit less for his cheekbones. Sam tried smiling and dimples appeared where there was previously none.
In a way, he was long gone from his scrawny build. He was a heartthrob that tugs the heartstrings of anyone that sees him. Fuck. Even he is attracted to himself. More so when he realized that a growing tent is forming inside his boxers.
Sam stretched the boxer strap and saw the sad sap he's grown with for the last 16 years. But with one wish, he gave his shaft a gift of length and girth. Not quite big, just enough to rise above the average.
Now that the changes are done, Sam decided to wrap everything in a neat little bow. He wished that people know that his old scrawny body was his years ago. He wished for them to know that he worked hard to turn into what he was right now. You know what they say. Looks is half and praise is the other, these are the faces of popularity.
