Ty looked around his room, trying to decide what he would do first to test his powers. He had nothing he wanted to change around his room, but trying and changing it back wouldnīt hurt him. So he willed the color of his carpet to change from the green it was to red, then blue, followed by black. Seeing it in these colors Ty is excited and let the carpet stay black, as it fitted the room better.
Then his eyes landed on the broken action figure on his desk. One of the few toys he had. It had been a present from their old neighbor for helping him, weeks before he had sadly passed away. And now Dustin had broken it because Ty had been better in his exams. His foster parents didnīt react to it, as Ty didnīt got their attention for something like this. Would he break a toy from Dustin there would be much more consequences for him.
Ty wished for the broken toy to be whole again. Before his eyes the toy repaired itself. The left arm reattached to its side, the right leg bend back to its normal position and the dented head plopped into its original shape. Ty got up to look the figure over, it looked like a new one now.
After looking over his repaired toy for some time Ty then decided to go further then that. So he tried to change an old football into a new looking backpack, as his school one was a bit damaged from use. Before his eyes the ball expanded a bit, gaining a more oval shape. While one side opened up so he could pack things inside the other side gained two straps to hung it over his shoulders. The color had changed form mostly white to an earthy brown. As Ty looked it over he wished it bigger and the backpack grew until Ty was satisfied. Quickly Ty got his old backpack, emptied it on his desk and started to put everything in the new one. He added a couple of dividing walls to separate books and such by subjects, made an outside extra part for writing utensils and a hidden one for his phone.
Completely satisfied with his new backpack Ty looked at the old one. He wished for it to change into a football, a replacement for the one that was now his backpack. The straps vanished, as well as any opening into the bag. Only a small hole remained for an air pump. The dirty brown become a bright white while it shrunk in size a bit, and soon the only difference between the two balls would have been that the replacement looked rather new.
Ty decided he had tested his powers enough with form-changing, so he thought what he could do with Dustin.
