I rubbed my fingers under my beak trying to decide what to use. "I guess try the tail. It'll show I know mostly how to work this thing, and I get this curiousity out of my mind." I chose to highlight the tail of the dog. I aimed it at my lower back. "Let's see than." I said pressing the trigger.
The device flashed like it did in my face, although I saw it coming so it wasn't as intense. Still bright though. The thought of bright lights quickly vanished as I felt something grow from my spine. "No way... No way no how..." The bump started growing longer, with strands of brown hair growing all around. The hair grew to have a pattern of brown at the top, black in the center, and a cream color at the bottom. My new extension curled upward as I now had control over it. New sensations came to my body like never before.
"I just grew a tail... I have a beak and a tail..." I look down to see my new tail wagging behind me wildly. "I got to study this thing! This could be allot of fun!" I said checking the device.
