With little Lina in tow, Teri headed out of the dressing rooms, leaving time frozen. Lina seemed amazed by how everyone looked like statues. Teri decided to leave Eva for now, but she couldn't resist giving her a kiss on the cheek and promising to be back for her.
"Hm, where to begin." She surveyed the area, and saw a few interesting sights. A security guard had nabbed a girl on a skateboard. A quick wish, and now the (formerly male) guard was now a tiny skater girl, being manhandled by a female security guard (the former skater girl, now grown to adulthood). They'd now traded lives completely. It would be interesting to check in on them later.
Then she saw a tired looking single mother trying to control her son. A quick wish, and now the mother was a teenager again, and her son was a three year old girl in a cute dress. Another wish made sure the girl would be a perfect angel from here on out. She didn't change their memories either, but as far as the rest of the world was concerned, this was how they'd always been.
A teenaged boy was arguing with his girlfriend. She decided they could stand to grow closer together, so she merged them together into a single girl. Both personalities now shared the body, though the female personality, she decided, would be dominant.
She saw a young couple and switched their personalities, so now the girl was spirited and competitive, and the boy was gentle and looked forward to being a homemaker and taking care of their kids.
A young woman who seemed undecided about which of two dresses to buy was split into two women instead. Unfortunately, Teri didn't take the square cube law in mind, and now both girls were half the mass (and 7/8 the height) of the original, so neither dress would fit them! She'd also failed to take the clothes they were wearing into account either, so one girl had the blouse and shoes, and the other had the skirt and panties (all the items of clothing were now too big for them as well).
A woman struggling with several shopping bags gained an extra pair of arms (as well as an extra pair of tiny breasts and an extra vagina to boot).
A guy who was staring lustfully at some pretty girls was now a pretty girl himself (who would still leer and lust after pretty girls, but at least she had her own body to distract her).
An older sister who was taunting her younger sister about having a better body than hers got her comeuppance when they traded figures (but not ages), so now the younger girl would grow up to be a voluptuous bombshell (even now, she looked really good, if a bit odd with precocious breasts), and the older would never have more than the tiny breasts and slender figure of a 12 year old.
A jock taunting a skinny kid wearing an anime tee-shirt was now the spitting image of the nerd's waifu. She kept her old memories, but now had the personality of the anime girl, right down to being head over heels in love with the boy. Too bad the boy had a thing for tsundere girls...
A teenaged girl was being lectured by her mother. Teri knew this argument well. "I bet you she's saying something like 'I gave up the best years of my life to have you, I wish you knew what it felt like'!"
Lina giggled. "Oh yeah. My Mom is the same way."
"Watch this, then!" She made a wish, and suddenly, the mother was an unborn baby inside her daughter's womb! She'd be aware of the outside world, and be able to communicate with her 'mother', though no one else (save for Teri) would hear her. Another wish made sure that the teen girl would have the financial support to raise a child. And a third wish would keep the young mother from aging until her 'daughter' was the same age she was. Teri felt that was only fair.
"Oh wow, that's going to be crazy!" Lina whistled in appreciation. She seemed to really enjoy all the crazy transformations.
"I think I'll do one more. Then I'll have to make a wish so that this doesn't become a big deal or cause mass hysteria." Teri frowned, thinking.
"Oh how about 'I wish that magic was real, but not well understood, and that a small percentage of people can transform without warning, and there are laws to deal with these changes'?"
"Lina, you're really smart, huh?"
The tiny girl giggled. "Yeah, well, I was only working at the clothing store to make ends meet while I went to college. I guess that's not a problem now."
"Do you still want to get your degree?"
Lina nodded. "Yeah, but I think I could use a break from Advanced Electromagnetic Theory. So what's the last transformation going to be?"
"Hm. I really like turning guys into girls. Fallout from my first wish. I wanted to know how it felt to be a horny guy."
Lina laughed. "Oh that explains a lot! But you didn't change back?"
Teri blushed. "I...uh...kind of like it."
"Interesting. So you weren't a lesbian before, but you are now?" Lina seemed thoughtful.
"Kinda? What about you?"
"Oh I'm bi. Makes working in women's clothing interesting. Hey why not do that, make a guy obsessed about lesbians into one?"
"Eh, I kind of did that already...wait, ok. I wish I knew if a guy was obsessed about lesbians." Almost immediately, she gained a new sense, where all she had to do was look at a man, and she knew about his obsession. The problem, of course, was...
"Oh, ow. That hurts my head."
Lina giggled uncontrollably. "Honey, you didn't need to wish for THAT. Most guys are obsessed with lesbians!"
Teri grumbled. "Well, at least this way I won't accidentally target a gay guy."
"Are you sure that's really bad? I mean, I know gay guys don't necessarily want to be girls, but it might make their lives easier."
"Eh...maybe...I don't know. I don't want to assume that. Ugh, I'm such a hypocrite, I've been changing people around all this time, and now I want to worry about the moral high ground." Teri fretted.
"I take it you know a gay guy, huh?"
Teri nodded. "Yeah, one of my few friends at school. We've...talked about it before. It's my biggest flaw, I'm stupid curious, so I just asked him one day how he'd felt if he was a girl. Turns out, that's a more complicated issue than you'd expect."
Lina suddenly pointed at a handsome young man. "Hey what about him? He looks like he'd be a great chick."
Teri looked, and sure enough, she sensed he had a lesbian fantasy. "Perfect. I'm going to split him like I did that girl from earlier."
"So one lesbian-obsessed guy becomes twin lesbians? That's evil!" Lina chuckled.
"Ok, I wish that boy right there would split in half, becoming twin girls!" Before their eyes, the transformation started, with the boy shrinking in size, becoming more feminine in appearance. His waist narrowed dangerously, and then suddenly his upper and lower body split apart. The lower torso and legs remained seated, even as his upper half slid to the floor. With time being stopped, of course, he had no reaction to his transformation...yet. The mass of his two halves redistributed, as the upper half grew new (girlish legs) and the lower half grew a new torso, arms, and head. The transformation completed with a pair of identical pretty girls, one topless, seated on a bench, and the other laying on the ground, covered by an overly large shirt and jacket. With the young woman she'd split, she'd given the girl who only had a blouse the shoes, but she didn't bother this time since the clothing they were left with would be more than enough for the two of them.
After all, not only had the boy shrunk due to his change of gender, but again, she didn't account for the square cube law (on purpose this time), so the end result was that both girls were a hair under 4' 10" inches tall. Lina had been right, the boy did make for a pretty girl- and combined with the smaller size, both girls were devastatingly cute.
Teri licked her lips. "Oh man, I'm so horny right now."
Lina reached up to take Teri's hand. "Me too. Why don't we take care of that before we head back to the store and you start time again? Oh but don't forget to make that last wish we talked about?"
"All great ideas." She crouched down to kiss Lina. It was hesitant, because despite how intimate they'd already been, Teri had never kissed a girl before. Sensing that, Lina took charge, and Teri was left breathless.
"Oh you liked that, huh? There's so much more where that came from." Lina smiled softly.
Scooping the shrunken girl up into her arms in a bridal carry, Teri rushed back to the dressing room.
