Chronivac Version 4.0

An anime world of magic & fantasy

Author note:
I wonder if anyone will even bother reading the entire list of options '-'

Jay had constantly had a sort of fascination with a specific kind of anime, specifically those set in a fantasy world. It always tickled his fancy to see a world that could defy the rules and show off both fantastical landscapes and creatures together with a largely varied array of races and fantastical cities. Not to mention the classics of fantasy worlds, princesses in distress, greedy dragons, busty elves, catgirl maids, big flashy magic, prophecies, isekai, gods, evil demon kings and heroic knights. Jay nodded, yes, he’s always wanted to live in such a fantastical world, and now he had the power to do it, to fulfill all his fantasies, and indulge in fantastical beauty.

And so was it that Jay wrote into the Chronivac for the world to be one of fantasy, a world of gorgeus emerald plains broken with large luscious forests, titanic mountains chains with snow-tipped peaks that grazed the heavens. Snow-filled tundras crept along the northern mountain regions, broken only by the volcanic wastelands that surrounded the active forces of nature. To the south sat dunes of golden sand that curled to the ends of the world, bordered by luscious jungles of murky green, to the west lay endless seas, sapphire blue and littered with islands.

His second change soon followed, with the flick of his fingers Jay willed Magic forth, instilling mana into the worlds creatures and beasts and infusing magic into the world, with another flick even more fantastical landscapes filled the world, from titanic jungles around a skyscraping tree to islands floating miles high above the sapphire seas, in environments of extremities came elementals into being, living flames tended to a molten land, living ice tended to the frigid norths, masses of earth and life tended to groves of verdant green and titans of rock and stone molded a network of cavernous systems through the largest mountains.

Already the world was coming to shape and Jay felt satisfied with the progress, but a fantasy world could not be without fantasy races, so with effort and poise, Jay wrote flavor into the world. Throughout the world, throughout the enchanted castle cities, all manners of magical races joined humanity and beastkin, among them the classics. Tall, thin and with their iconic long and sharp ears, Elves stood with an air of fairness to their graceful poise with affinity to nature, the Elves of Jays world are beings of grace and beauty that prefer a lifestyle of order. Tall, thin and of dark skin, Dark Elves are the more fierce side of the elvish coin, in Jays world they greatly enjoy being a nuisance to their fair-skinned relatives that also enjoy more hedonistic lifestyles. With great variety in shape, size and kin, beastfolk are the more animalistic cousins to humanity, half beast there exists countless stereotypes for the various kinds of beastfolk, from the hyperactive nekos to the mischievous foxes, the beastfolk of Jays world exist alongside humans hand-in-hand, though its not uncommon for beastfolk to default to a servants roles, resulting in a rather large majority of maids in the kingdoms being of the various beastfolk.

Short, stout and burly, Dwarves pride themselves on their deep caverns and prefer to confront problems head-on with their blunt personalities, in Jays world they are artisans of stone, their civilizations and magics centred around crafts and stone. Big, burly and green, Orcs are robust and reliable sources of manual labour whom commonly live in tribes, stereotypically orcs are seen as a common source of enemies, but in Jays world they are in fact well-known to be gentle giants whom greatly enjoy simplistic lifestyles. Short, brash and sharp of nose, Gnomes are penny-pinchers and dexterous of hands that know how to keep secrets, in Jays world Gnomes commonly work in banks, treasuries or as accountants who enjoy a good secret with tight lips. Small, magical and with a mischevious streak, Fairies connects the kingdoms to nature and usually bind themselves to an affinity for greater power, Fairies are also a solely female race, though lack the size for proper curves, in Jays world Fairies are capable of growth into Nymphs when they get old enough. Nymphs are for all intents and purposes, fully sentient elementals that like the Fairies they evolve from consist solely of females with a natural beauty, Nymphs are usually only encountered in environments rich in their chosen affinity which they then care for aside the guardian elementals.

And finally, rare, powerful and unmatched, Dragons greatly enjoyed lives of calm or of philosophy, their great intellect something landing them in positions of leadership yet their arrogance and lofty standards make them ignorant of the lower masses and the consequences of their actions, in Jays world, dragons either lived far off in the wild or among the kingdoms in positions of grandeur and preferred forms of majesty and beauty, which is why dragons outside the cities have such large and fearsome forms while those amongst mortals preferred human-like forms that showed off their elegance and beauty while keeping draconic traits which showed off the power and majesty behind it.

Done with the primary races, Jay then cleaning up the remaining points required for his world. Removing modern technology and reverting society back into their medieval equivalents yet keeping the anime-centric advanced technology as magitech, bringing constructions of magic to life as magical airships became possible, yet limited it down some to avoid affecting the fantasy-medieval elements too much. Seperate kingdoms existed but existed in harmony with eachother. Females were a great deal more 'pronounced' in their forms and with a quick flick Jay adjusted the gender ratio more in the favor of females just for some added feeling of anime. Made standards of living rather comfy for the common folk and made maids rather attractive, and also made sure basic magic was pretty much universal, and made magic academies for the magically talented (That just so happened to mostly consist of females). Also made people in general more attractive. And finally, to give the fantasy elements of his world an additional push Jay quickly added gods to his world, and with them came religions.

Finally, Jay pressed enter, and blinked as reality changed, in front of him Jay could immediately see one change, the Chronivac and his computer had changed into a magical crystal ball, or more specifically the Chronivac was the ball while his computer had become the incredibly intricate gold stand the Chronivac now stood in. A quick check confirmed that other than a complete external makeover, the Chronivac was completely untouched and perhaps even more user friendly, what with not using a keyboard and mouse and instead 'willing' his wants into the program through merely touching the ball (it needed both hands and some concentration but 𝘥𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘴). Downwards Jay could see his body had barely changed, even his clothing had remained mostly untouched, much to his surprise. His white shirt was now devoid of its 'Nippon!' logo and looked slightly thicker while still retaining the smooth fabric, his boxers were noticably snugger while his shorts looked soft and just as comfy, his body meanwhile had rid himself of plenty a imperfection and a quick check concluded that his hair had gotten slightly ruffier and that it had become a full black colour instead of a black-brown colour.

Shifting his perception elsewhere he noticed the change to his home, his room atleast had changed rather noticably yet remained rather similar to his formerly more modern room, the ceiling and roof were made of wood that looked impressively smooth -though he believed he had magic to thank for that-, otherwise his walls looked made of smooth stone brick. Other changes were his bed, it looked impressively comfy for its size, his closet, while it was still large was of a dull-brown wood and rather simple in make, his desk, was also much simpler in make though it retained its two drawers and general shape but like the closet was also a dull-brown. Impressively his hoard of anime stuff was still here, though it had been greatly diminished and had gone through a redesign, now he mostly had posters and the odd figurine and just one bodypillow atop his bed, the characters they depicted were in a cartoony'ish style of course but instead of being mostly maids, catgirls/foxgirls/wolfgirls, magical girls and (modern) schoolgirls they were instead a mix, with only one maid-poster depicting a non-beastfolk, the same with his magical-girl stuff too, and his schoolgirl stuff had changed completely from the sailor-uniforms to fancy witch-like robes and hats, his bodypillow depicting an especially busty schoolgirl (witchgirl?) with a young and shy face with an expression of embarrasment.

Looking outside through his windows (which were without blinds but instead had some sort of one-way toggle) he saw that his house had been shifted into a large walled city with a grand palace in white marble and golden artistry, down below the street was well crowded with a bunch of different people, a couple orcs were carrying what must have been 𝘮𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘪𝘱𝘭𝘦 tons of wood and stone bundled with bands of blue-ish light, a group of fairies being chased around by a couple small wolf-girls, a Dark Elf teasing a rather well-cushioned Elf, and a group of what Jay now knew was the fantasy-equivalent schoolgirls of his world and more. Jay felt pride swell in his heart at witnessing this world he had created, yet he knew he wasn't seeing everything, so with a quick stop by the Chronivac and his window would not let him see more of his world, and with a simple push of mana the window showed him 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦.

And so was it that Jays sense of pride grew as he took in the breathtaking landscapes of his world until he felt satisfied.

But now what to do? Jay had partly just wanted a better world but now he felt like he wanted a bit 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 than just a fantasy world without war, disease nor age, maybe he wanted something worthy of being an anime? Or maybe he just wanted to live a special life?

Jay turned back to the crystal orb that was the Chronivac, and made a decision.

Now what?
