In the corner of the Magic Shop sat a dusty old mahogany photo booth, with a red velvet curtain and faded gold letters embossed on the side: The Nu-Life Booth. It purported to generate a whole new life for you, based on their proprietary Nu-Life technology. It was even free too! The only cost was that, after generating you your Nu-Life(TM), based off your choices and your preferences, Nu-Life would get to throw in a fun random twist outside your control. Other than that... you could stay that way as long as you liked; except for having to stay in that form for at least three weeks before being able to change back.
Despite the fact the machine looked olde time and was clearly decades old; no one had heard of this company. Surely someone would have heard of such a miraculous technology? So why had no one heard of this company and why had this not been a craze. Indeed, the only one of these anyone had ever seen was just this one old model sitting in the corner of a magic shop they'd never seen before either.
