Luca couldn't believe it. An actual honest-to-god transformation machine. What should he do with it? What changes should he make first? There were so many options, so much power now in his hands. Suddenly, Luca's phone rang, making him jump. Did he do something wrong when installing the Chronivac on his phone? Wait, no, it was just a regular call. He accepted the call to hear a familiar voice.
"Hey, Luca. You busy? I got an idea I want to run by you," Oh, it was his friend, Jack Woods. Wonder what he was planning.
"Yeah, I have time. What's up?"
"Well, your birthday is coming up in a couple of months, right? I was just wondering if you want to go on vacation for your birthday."
"Wha-? What do you mean by that?" Luca was confused. Going on vacation for his birthday sounded like fun, but that wasn't something he would ask his family to drop everything and do.
"Well, I was thinking you and me and some of our friends could go on vacation somewhere. Just us, and no parents. We'll all be adults by then after all. Not to mention, not all of us are going to the same colleges, and some of us are going out of state for college. So, I thought it would be a good idea to have one last time together before we all go to college."
Wow, that wasn't a bad idea. All of his friends spending one last time together sounded nice. A fun memory before they had to part and head to the headache known as college. Though, could they really pull this off? A lot of things could go wrong.
"That sounds fun, Jack, but where are we going anyway?"
"Don't know. I just wanted to ask everyone else if they were free or not before I commit to planning the trip. I do know that I want to go to a place with nice beaches, though. Anyway, I'm going to need to talk to everyone else to see if they're free, so I'll let you go now."
"Okay, see you at school," Luca said his goodbyes and hung up the phone. A vacation with just his friends at the beach, huh? Man, that really sounded like a lot of fun. Luca was imagining all the fun situations they would end up in. Maybe he could even hook up with a girl while he was there. Heck, maybe he could hook up with another man as well. With his parents not going with him on vacation, he was free to explore his sexuality however he liked. While he was fantasizing, he glanced at his stats on the Chronivac screen and got an idea. Luca was shorter and skinnier than your average teenager about to go to college, and while he didn't let it bother him too much, it was always something he disliked about himself. Now, he could change that. No, now he could get a fresh start in college, and getting laid was more of a possibility rather than a fantasy. Luca was going to give himself the beach body he always dreamt of. Quickly, he got to work and typed in the new stats he wanted.

Yeah, that seemed like good stats. Now, to work out the details. Transformation duration. Luca decided it would be a fun idea for the transformation to gradually run until his birthday. Then, there was the awareness section. Luca decided to make himself aware, but everyone else would be semi-aware of the transformation. They'll all notice he was changing but would be weirded out. Yeah, that all sounded good, and Luca hit confirmed. Now, all he needed to do was focus on school until the vacation.
Well, that is unless Luca gets tempted to make some more changes...
