Macy was out of ideas, all except one. If the machine was causing this, she just needed to stop the machine....right? Macy picked up the Chronivac as she slammed it against the floor. The screen cracking as it let out several sparks. A shockwave bolted outwards as it radiated through the rooms walls, knocking Macy to the ground.
Macy rubbed her head as she stood up. Did it work? She looked at the Chronivacs resting space. The cracked screen flashing colors, the screen clearly no longer functional anymore. Macy set the machine upright as she looked at it closer. Her eyes going wide as she saw her reflection. The shockwave must have sent out random commands, her left ear disappeared, now replaced by a cats ear that sat on top of her head. She quickly reached up to feel it, only to see her left arm now was covered in fur. Macy gasped as her hand had turned a cats anthropomorphic paw, fit with pads and covered in shiny black fur.
Macy turned around, she had no idea what else the machine had changed. She picked up Anthony, her favorite doll from the couch. It was always a soothing plush for her. Macy's mind was racing, maybe it worked? She'd find out in the morning at the very least, or she could try hitting the machine again, but who knows what else could change?
