Stephanie answered that she would listen to anything as long as it wasn't Cristian rock or Cristian rap. At the top her list was Classical, Classic Rock, Oldies and Country Gold.
Suddenly the paper went blank and the words, 'You'll make a fine girl, even if you're considered a female geek. Pass this on to the next Boy or Girl. If you do, you'll live a happy life as a girl. If you don't, well it will be like if you'd never finished the questionnaire'.
Wondering what the hell was up with this, wanting to be changed back, but not quite able to put her finger on what she was before, Stephanie folded the note and prepared to toss it on someone else's desk.
Suddenly the bell that signaled the end of class rang and Stephanie instead reached down and grabbed her purse. Wondering were she had gotten a denim purse full of some make-up, a brush, tampons, a wallet, a change purse and some other odds and ends, she instead picked up her pink and white backpack with Hello Kitty on it. Waving to her only friend, a Hmong girl named Sue Yang, she started to follow the rest of the people out of the room and to lunch.
Stephanie was at the back of the crowd, behind Miss. Sunnytush, when she had an idea. She was just about to toss the note in the trash, when instead, she dropped it on Mr. Bard's desk. luckily for her Mr. Bard was not facing her and was wiping clean the chalk board. Pushing past the snobby girl in front of her, Stephanie hurried to catch up with Sue.
