As he walked closer, the two halves reacted with each other, pulling the two boys close together. The two halves met, and in a spark of light they merged to form the completed two-headed eagle. Damion and Steve looked at each other and then down at their bodies... or body. Just a moment after they eagle halves fused, their bodies began to fuse as well.
Their inner arms and legs disappeared into each other's bodies. It ended when their heads were sitting on the same shoulders, right next to each other. Damion was the right and Steve on the left. Their clothes had also merged, giving them a weird look. Damion's half had pants, while Steve's half had shorts. Their shirts differing colors blended down the center of their chest and back. Despite all of that, they had huge smiles on.
"Wow!" Both boys looked at each other in awe. Just to be sure it was real, they felt around their body, testing who moved what. "Awesome!" They exclaimed, high-fiving each other.
"Look at us! We're like conjoined twins! We're the two-headed boy!" Steve cheered. He started jumping up and down, to Steve's surprise. He wasn't ready for the sudden move, but they were able to correct their balance before they fell over. "Sorry about that."
"No problem dude. I just can't believe this. We're actually... stuck together. It's like we always imagined dude!" Steve gleefully replied.
