Rules For This Story:
1 - All degrees of animal transformations are totally willing. The person wants the animal transformations.
2 - All changes are totally permanent. I E. Can never be reversed.
3 - If subject's feet & head or feet & privates are changed into an animal subject is no longer considered human anymore. They are now considered an animal. And all animal rights & restrictions apply to them now. Human rights & restrictions no longer apply to them.
4 - If subject is considered animal now they can do everything an animal does. Be naked everywhere; including outside. And piss, shit & even fuck outside. It's all legal for them.
5 - Subject can have themselves altered to be able to be impregnated by an animal & have animal offspring if they want. Need to at least be partly or fully species of animal that impregnates them though. Also offspring will be total feral animals.
6 - All animal parts work as intended. I.E. If get gills they work, get venom sacks they work, get frog tongue it works as should, if have themself altered to be able to make animal sounds will be able to; ect.
7 - Subject can have their gender changed; I.E transgender. But must be animal sexual parts.
8 - Subject can have themselves be legally reclassified as a pet or even sold as a pet. But for this subject must be at LEAST Mostly Animal; I.E. An Anthro animal. Or full animal; feral animal. Warning if this done SUBJECT WILL LEGALLY BE A PET FROM THEN ON. PERIOD.
9 - Subject can have themselves legally reclassified as a zoo animal & become a zoo animal. Subject MUST AT LEAST BE MOSTLY ANIMAL; I.E. Anthro Animal. Or fully animal; feral animal for this. And mostly or full some kind of animal found normally in a zoo. WARNING SUBJECT WILL LEGALLY BE A ZOO ANIMAL, PERMANENTLY. NO LEAVING UNDER THEIR OWN ACCORD. Also SUBJECT MUST BE NAKED AT ALL TIMES; NO EXPECTATIONS. EVER.
10 - If subject under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission for all changes. This includes rules 8 & 9. Parent or guardian is the only one who can make the decision on subject being a pet or zoo animal. The level of changes for being a pet or zoo animal still apply regardless of age.
11 - Can do mythical animal forms but won't have the powers that creature has. No breathe weapons or magic for creature. Also can't be outrageous huge; maximum size will about the size an elephant. You have the shape of the creature but aren't really it.
12 - Can be party or fully a dinosaur. But maximum size will size be about the size an elephant. Regardless of dinosaur species.
13 - Can mix & match animal parts if you so choose.
